Homework#8

1.Since Japanese weddings are expensive, do you think having a massive wedding like Korea or UAE is a good idea? Why?
I think it is good idea. It is very happy to be bless from alt of people. and then it is funny!

2. What do you think about eloping? Is it a good idea or romantic? Why?
I do not think so. Absolutely, our parents is sad.

3. Have you ever thought about having a wedding in a foreign location like Hawaii?
Would you do it? Why?Or Why not?
No,I do not. Because it is very expensive. and then, we could not invite a lot of my friends.

4.What is your ideal wedding?
I would like to wear "shiromuku" and wedding at shrine. It is Japanese traditional wedding styles.

I have never been to a foreigner's wedding.

Yes. it is important to know about superstitions another country. we could know how is the country culture and background.

I'm not sure. Maybe sperstitions is affected by superstitions.

I don't believe about that.

Denmark
I was very happy to hear about Denmark culture. It was very interesting.
I would like to try apple soup. we have vegetable soup in japan. But I never heard fruit soup.

This means, the time do not stop. So, we should be important the time.

It means that we should be important the time.

It means that it is good opportunity or chance for us now.

(1) Do you judge people according to what they wear? Why?

Yes, I do. I think wearing the clothes is connected with first expression. And then, we can express their personality too. therefore, I always judge what kind of people.



(2)Do you think Japanese society puts an importance on clothing when judging other people from another country?

I don't think so.

(3)What colors are you wearing now? Do they reflect your mood?

I 'm wearing black and white dress, white jackets, black boots and black tites. But it does not reflect my mood. When I wear my clothes, especiallyI do not think about anything.

I never talk about politics. Because we do not interested in about that.

Yes, I have. When I was studying abroad in England, I got a Saudi friends. We talk about our religion and culture. I knew their religion and culture more details about Islam.

Yes, I have. last year, when I was studying abroad in England, I had British host family. there are nobody in their family died while I satyed there. If someone died inmy host family, I send a letter or send e-mail. And then I will write a feeling of gratitude.

No, I have not.

The people think they desire to be seen as cool or beautiful from other people. The wearing can express their personality. So, it is important for me to wear.

I think it means that don't judge something by their looks. I think the people tend to beings judge everything by appearance.

I agree with the web site's description. I think Japanese people likes wrapping anything. For example, almost all Japanese people's house enclosed by a fence or wall. I think they enclose to guard the privacy of their house. therefore, they are feel relieved.

(2) Regarding the discussion of "Death and Funerals": answer these questions in your blog.
a. Where do you go when you die?

I think we will go another world. We have two another world after the death.
It is called a heaven and hell.


b. Explain why do Japanese have death memorial services 1 month, 1 year, 3 years, 7 years, etc. after a person's death?

We are Buddhism. So, In buddhism, we have the habit of attain nirvana for a dead person.
Therefore, death memorial services remind us of a dead person.
